Specificaton

There are standard construction specicication which are available in our PDF library.

But this are almost the same everywhere. Here are things which are the most important that can be upgraded.

OSB is used for all wall sheathing. You can upgrade this to Plywood.

Standard Floor Lumber or Open web Trusses. These are strong and are straighter than traditional lumber. Also if you use the open web design in the basement it is easier to run wires etc....

Insualtion- R-21 wall and R-38 ceilings are our standard. You can upgrade to close cell foam. This is a significate upgrade in cost but saving can be hugh on the utility side. Our average upgrade cost for homes 3000-5000 sqft have been 13-18,000.00. But this can save you $100.00 of dollar monthly in heating and cooling costs.

Then there are the onsite items"button up"items:

Geothermal Energy Options - there are big tax rebates for the end users which can pay them back for the upgrade in the system cost in 2-5 years. If oil keeps going up the pay back is much faster.
